We first started with a 21-day cycle like most of our competitors do now, however, we found most products only last between 16-17 days with the notorious New Jersey weather. The following year we felt the switch to a 14-day cycle was necessary to give our customers the best protection that we can offer. Our goal is to reapply every 14 days so there is never a day you are outside getting bit; we call this an overlap protection. In any case, if you are getting bit while under our protection we offer re-services especially if the weather has a big impact on the product being diminished.
